Transmission Control (lever)

Transmission control (1) is located on the right side of the operator in the operator compartment. Transmission control (1) is a mechanically moved lever which selects PARK, NEUTRAL, one to eight FORWARD, and one to eight REVERSE speeds.

Transmission Oil Cooler

Transmission oil cooler (2) is mounted next to the engine on the right side of the machine. Transmission oil cooler (2) uses engine coolant in order to cool the transmission oil. The cooled oil is used for the transmission lubrication.

Transmission Oil Filter

Transmission oil filter (7) is located in the rear portion of the machine. Transmission oil filter (7) is used to filter the oil that flows from transmission pump (3) to transmission control valve (6) .

Transmission Pump

Transmission pump (3) is located on the rear of the transmission case. Transmission pump (3) is a two-section pump that contains a charging section and a scavenge section. The scavenge section transfers oil from the transmission sump to the differential sump. The charging section transfers oil from the differential to the transmission oil filter (7) .

Transmission Modulator Control (pedal)

Transmission modulator control (pedal) (4) is located at the base of the steering column in the operator compartment. Transmission modulator control (pedal) (4) is used to vary the power that is transmitted to the drive wheels.

Differential Lock Valve

Differential lock valve (5) is a solenoid activated hydraulic valve that directs power train oil to the differential lock. Differential lock valve (5) is located on the differential carrier.

Transmission Control Valve

Transmission control valve (6) is located on the left side of the transmission case at the rear of the machine. Transmission control valve (6) provides oil flow at the correct pressure and at the proper time in order to engage the desired clutch packs.
