(1) 9M-5874 Shim Pack

10 Shims ... 0.08 mm (0.003 inch)

20 Shims ... 0.13 mm (0.005 inch)

Note: Shims must be free of dents and shims must be free of wrinkles.

(2) Torque of drain plug ... 70 ± 15 N·m (52 ± 11 lb ft)

(3) Torque of drain plug ... 70 ± 15 N·m (52 ± 11 lb ft)

(4) Torque the 12 bolts to 200 ± 20 N·m (148 ± 15 lb ft). Turn an additional 60° ± 5°.

(5) Set the end of the pin within 2.4 ± 0.8 mm (0.09 ± 0.03 inch) of the disc. Then tighten the set screw in order to hold the pin in place.

(6) Torque the 16 bolts to 200 ± 20 N·m (148 ± 15 lb ft). Turn an additional 60° ± 5°.

(7) Torque the 36 bolts to 200 ± 20 N·m (148 ± 15 lb ft). Turn an additional 60° ± 5°.

(8) Coat the end of the shaft with 6V-6640 Sealant.

(9) Fill the recess of the square drive after installation. Use a polyester filler.
