The existing MH boom assembly can interfere with the stick on certain M324D Wheeled Excavators and MH3022/MH3024/MH3026 Material Handlers. If the existing MH boom assembly interferes with the stick when stick fully retracted, it can damage the MH boom assembly side plates.

Rework Procedure
Rework Instruction: MH Boom 5.35 M
1. Check clearance between boom and stick; stick cylinder at minimum. The minimum clearance between boom and stick should be around 10mm. Refer to Image1.1.1.
2. Cut out part of the side plate at the distance of 535mm from the center of the boss. Do not cut more than up to the bottom plate surface. Grind the surface smooth. Refer to Image1.1.2.
