(27)Transmission And Flywheel Clutch
- 1. Stop engine. Remove filter housing drain plug and drain oil.
- 2. Remove housing cover and element.
- 3. Remove used element.
- 4. Check cover seal. Use new one if necessary.
- 5. Install new element. Tighten nut to 10 ± 2 lb. ft. (1,4 ± 0,3 mkg).
- 6. Install element and cover.
- 7. Clean and install drain plug.
- 8. Start engine and check oil level.
- 9. Add oil as necessary.
(28)Hydraulic Control System
- 1. Park machine. Lower all equipment and stop engine.
- 2. Loosen filler cap.
- 3. Remove filter housing drain plug and allow to drain.
- 4. Remove filter base, spring, seat and element.
- 5. Inspect filter base and plug seals. Replace if necessary.
- 6. Clean filter housing.
- 7. Install base, spring, seat and new element.
- 8. Clean and install filter housing drain plug.
- 9. Tighten filler cap.
- 10. Start engine and run for minutes. Stop engine and check oil level.
- 11. Fill to top of filler neck.
- 12. Install filler cap tightly.
(29)Diesel Engine Crankcase
- 1. Oil should be warm and machine on level ground engine stopped. Remove filler plug.
- 2. Remove crankcase drain plug and drain oil.
- 3. Remove filter housing drain plug and drain oil.
- 4. Loosen retaining bolt and remove filter housing and filter element.
- 5. Clean filter base and replace O-ring if necessary.
- 6. Clean filter housing and install new filter element.
- 7. Clean and install filter housing drain plug.
- 8. Clean and install crankcase drain plug.
- 9. Disconnect breather hose.
- 10. Remove breather and wash in clean solvent. Dry with pressure air.
- 11. Install breather. Tighten bolt to 10 ± 2 lb. ft. (1,3 ± 0,3 mkg). Connect breather hose.
- 12. Fill crankcase to FULL mark on ENGINE STOPPED side of gauge. See Refill Capacities.
- 13. Install filler plug. Run engine for 2 minutes. Check oil level to FULL mark on ENGINE RUNNING side of gauge.
